It's a big experiment! ;-) I think I'll post on our classroom blog, which is www.muellersreaders.blogspot.com - they don't have individual blogs - will try setting those up for them one of these days, but just hasn't happened yet. I'm looking forward to the journey!Holly Muellerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00476411667354933648noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2752544695499885154.post-28927153813764569392014-03-01T14:22:46.701-05:002014-03-01T14:22:46.701-05:00I'm not a scrapbooker, either, but my oldest d...I'm not a scrapbooker, either, but my oldest daughter and mother-in-law are, and they've created treasures! I appreciated all that you have been sharing, including the book titles, photographs of the process and now these amazing memoir scrap books. I totally agree that there is a movement away from these "product based" projects to a more process based approach. But students LOVE working on projects like this and there is so much pride that comes from completing them and clearly this project you have done combines both process and product - and comes from a deep place of learning, reflecting and creating. I have so enjoyed following this project on your posts. Thank you for sharing! What is your classroom site for SOLC? We have a site on kidblog. It's the only site my district doesn't block.
